Meet the Gut Microbiota for Health Community in Barcelona!

The European Society for Neurogastroenterology & Motility (ESNM), the American Gastroenterological Association (AGA), the European Society for Paediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition (ESPGHAN), the European Crohn’s and Colitis Organisation (ECCO), and the European Association for the Study of the Liver (EASL) have joined forces to bring you the Fourth Gut Microbiota For Health Summit.

This unique event aims at translating the most recent advances in the field of gut microbiota for the medical community.  It will take place in Barcelona, Spain, on March 14 and 15, 2015.

The 2015 Gut Summit workshop for dietitians, "Practical Dietary Recommendations to modulate Gut Microbiota", will be moderated by Amalia Tsagari (Athens, Greece) and Eugenia Gonzalez (Barcelona Spain).

The Gut Microbiota for Health Summit: A Brief History

Former European Society of Neurogastroenterology & Motility (ESNM) president Fernando Azpiroz, a gastroenterologist at Hospital Universitari Vall d'Hebron in Barcelona, Spain, has been involved in all three previous Gut Microbiota for Health World Summits.
As the fourth summit approaches, he spoke with Gut Microbiota for Health Experts Exchange to give a brief history of the event.
